Registration fees

Please note that additional fees of EUR 20 (for EAACI Members) and 25 EUR (for Non-Members) will apply to onsite registration at the congress itself.

1 To benefit from the fees for EAACI Members, please pay your membership fee prior to registration and indicate your membership number in the online registration.

2 Nurse, dietician, laboratory technician statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration. Pre-registration is required. PhD students, MD students or fellows in training are eligible for the student fee until the age of 35. Student status must be proven by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration.

Allied Health Day & EAACI DGAKI Symposium fees

3 The registration fees apply only if the Allied Health Day is booked separately. If the participant is registered for the whole congress, the Allied Health Day is included for free.

Postgraduate Courses & Learning Lounges fees

Postgraduate Courses
Postgraduate Courses (PGC) will be held on 26 May 2018. Pre-registration is required.
The cost is EUR 85, reduced to EUR 60 for EAACI Junior members, students, nurses and dieticians. These fees are charged separately in addition to congress registration fees.

Learning Lounge
Learning Lounge (LL) early morning sessions will be held during the congress. Pre-registration is required. The cost is EUR 35 per session, reduced to EUR 20 for EAACI Junior members, students, nurses and dieticians. These fees are charged separately in addition to congress registration fees.The sessions include a small breakfast.

The Registration Fee for Delegates Includes:

• Admission to the congress and the exhibition
• Pocket Programme
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

Delegates who do not want to attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception will benefit from a reduction in registration fee of EUR 25 when making the online registration.

EAACI Goes Green (digital congress programme)
EAACI understands the importance of sustainability and is eager to minimise any negative environmental impact from its actions. This is not an easy goal but thanks to your support, future meetings and activities can be organised in a much more environmentally-friendly way.

This year the congress programme will be provided in a digital format only and no printed final programme will be available onsite. We are providing a range of options for you to access the programme, which include the congress app, the online programme, an online flipping book of the programme, the Virtual Congress Hubs positioned throughout the congress venue as well as the pocket programme (printed in A6 format).

Congress Bag
A congress bag is NOT included in the registration fee. This item can be booked at an additional cost (10 EUR) during the registration process. Availability is limited and bags are sold on a first come – first served basis.

EAACI Members
Please note that your membership must be fully paid up in order to benefit from the reduced registration fee. Visit www.eaaci.org for more information.

Groups
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 5 persons or more. Before the start of the congress, appointments for early pick-up of the congress material can be made for pre-registered groups.

Name Changes
If you are not able to attend the congress and you are substituted by a colleague, an administrative fee of EUR 35 will be charged.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the EAACI Congress 2018 Registration Team by email or fax. The notification must include all of the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

If the written notification of cancellation is received before 25 March 2018, a handling fee of EUR 75 will be charged.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.

For cancellation of additional sessions and orders (e.g. PG courses, LL courses, etc.) no cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is received before 25 March 2018.

Refund requests will be processed after the congress only. They must be made in writing and sent to the EAACI Congress 2018 Registration Team by email no later than 14 days after the congress. No refund requests will be processed after this date.

Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
Refunds will be credited only to the person / entity who / which paid the original registration.

Access
Admission is for registered attendees only. Children will not be granted access to the congress venue including the exhibition area and session rooms. Seats in the session rooms are limited. Refunds will not be made if all seats are taken. Please ensure that you access the session rooms in good time.
